We thoroughly inspect all items before shipping to ensure you are receiving only the highest quality products. If any item arrives damaged or is lost in the mail, we ask that you please file a claim with the shipping carrier. You will need to keep all packing materials, including the box, in order to file the claim with the carrier. Feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help guide you through this process. Unfortunately, Leyland Blue is unable to cover return shipping at this time.

Shipping Time: It takes Leyland Blue 1-3 business days to process any order and deliver it to the carrier. The vast majority of our items are shipped through USPS Priority Mail, this comes with an additional 1-3 business days for delivery. As a result, please expect a total shipping and handling time of 2-7 business days.

In-Store Pickup: We offer in-store pickup for local customers free of charge. When checking out, please select “Local Pickup." Leyland Blue will prepare your order within 2-4 days of purchase for pickup. Please wait until you receive notification that your order if ready before heading to the store. Items must be picked up within 10 days of the date marked "Ready for Pickup."

Some items offered are too large to ship. For these items, in-store pickup is the only option. Please do not select “shipping” at checkout for these items. This will either result in the checkout process being unable to be completed, or a resulting shipping total of $999. Please return to your cart and select the “Pickup” option to avoid this.

Returns: All furnishings, including but not limited to lighting, tables, sofas, chairs, rugs and mirrors are final sale.

All other items are accepted within 7 days of receiving/purchasing the item. After 7 days, you may exchange only. At the time of return/exchange, the customer must show a receipt or have an order number. All returned items must include tags and be free from perfume, unworn, unused and unwashed. Leyland Blue has the right to decline the return upon inspection. Unfortunately, Leyland Blue is unable to cover return shipping at this time for any undamaged returns. HOW IT STARTED

Our Roots

Leyland Blue, in its current form, began as a concept in the summer of 2019 and became a reality when the business was officially filed and formed in December of that same year. Its true origins began as a dream much earlier than that, however.

Kaylan Griffie is the founder and owner. She and her husband, Jordan, began dating in May of 2013. On their very first date she expressed that her dream was to own her own storefront business one day. Thousands of conversations, hundreds of ideas, and dozens of business plans later - Leyland Blue was born.

LEYLAND BLUE

Our Name

The company's name "Leyland Blue" was derived from the company's earliest inspiration: Kaylan's father. Jerry Kirby was a successful small business owner for Kaylan's entire life and up until his passing in May of 2014. His latest business, founded in 2001, was Ikthus Tree Farm located in Palmetto, Georgia. It is now owned and operated by his son, Kyle. Since its inception, the farm has specialized in the cultivating and selling of a landscaping tree called the Leyland Cypress. Kaylan chose this tree as a part of her business name and logo in order to honor her beloved late father who instilled integrity, work ethic, and the motivation/drive in her that a small business owner has to have to be successful.

DREAM INTO REALITY

Our Dream

Kaylan is making her dad proud with her dedication, determination, and hard work. She added the business knowledge she needed by attending Kennesaw State University. She is pairing this with her passion for interior design. She has worked for a number of years as a large scale event planner and decorator to refine these skills and has been continuously complimented and awarded for her eye for design. Needless to say, Kaylan loves what she does and loves following this dream of hers. So please shop around our site and let us help you create your dream space.

"This business is my dream, it’s my dad’s legacy, and I hope it can become a small part of your home as well."

-Kaylan
